Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies Klivo Relay uses, and how you can change your choices.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device. We also use the browser’s localStorage to remember your preferences. The two work similarly for the purposes of this policy.
2. The categories we use
We group what we store into two categories:
Necessary
These are required for the Service to work. They cannot be switched off. They include:
- Authentication cookie— set by Supabase when you sign in via magic link. Keeps you signed in across pages.
- Consent record — a localStorage entry called
klivo-consent-v1that remembers your cookie choices so we don’t ask you again on every visit.
Analytics (optional)
If you accept these, we load Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights so we can understand aggregate site usage and performance. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design: it doesn’t track you across other sites and doesn’t use third-party cookies for advertising. We never load these scripts before you accept.
3. Changing your choices
You can change your mind at any time using the button below. Doing so will reopen the consent banner.
You can also clear your browser’s site data, which will remove the consent record entirely. The next time you visit, we’ll ask again.
4. Do Not Track
Browsers vary in how they implement Do Not Track signals. Because of that variation we treat your choice in the consent banner as the authoritative answer.
5. Changes
If we add new cookie categories we will bump the consent version and ask you again the next time you visit.
