Terms and Conditions

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Klivo Relay website at klivorelay.com and the Klivo Relay live-streaming service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Klivo Relay is operated by Klivo Relay Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact us at hello@klivorelay.com.

2. The Service

Klivo Relay lets you live-stream events such as weddings, funerals, naming ceremonies and similar occasions, hand the stream between phones during the event, collect guest photographs and produce a post-event memory site. The exact features available depend on your chosen plan.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you stream and upload through the Service (the “Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, copy and deliver Your Content solely so that we can operate the Service for you and your viewers.

You confirm that you have the right to stream and share Your Content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must obtain consent from people who are clearly identifiable in your stream or in guest uploads where the law requires it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to stream or upload material that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains personal data of others without their consent, or is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these rules.

6. Plans, payment and refunds

Pricing for each plan is shown on our website. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. We may change prices on reasonable notice. One-time event purchases are non-refundable once the event has gone live. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, suspend features, or change parts of the Service from time to time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will let you know by email or by a notice in the Service before the changes take effect.
